Return and Refund Policy

After an order placed on the website, it cannot be returned or exchanged; all transactions are final. To facilitate a smooth resolution process, it is crucial to report any issues relating to your order within ten working days from the delivery date. Reports received outside of this period may result in store credit as a compensation.


Order Processing Duration

We request your patience as we process your orders.  Kindly allow us up to 10 business days for processing each order. Orders processed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will count towards the following working day's quota. Our standard working days run from Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends - any orders received after our operational hours on Friday resume processing the next business day.


Policy Regarding Incorrect Shipping Information 

In instances where a package delivered by Grow the Crown gets returned because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customer, or because the customer is not home at delivery time or if the package was held beyond maximum time at pick-up location, re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that Grow the Crown accepts no responsibility for packages erroneously delivered or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details furnished by customers; under these circumstances no refunds shall be granted.  Regrettably once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Damaged or Missing Products

It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please email us with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.

Grow the Crown reserves 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date. All missing & damaged claims must be submitted within 10 days, along with photo evidence to ensure proper resolution.
